Endorsements

What is industry saying?

Feedback and endorsements are important to any business. We at Australian Institute of Compliance Professionals encourage our Students and Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s) to give us their feedback and experiences in relation to our courses, services etc..

Through continuous improvement and searching for ways to improve, we constantly examine methods to ensure the success for our learners. It is this commitment to ourselves but more importantly our learners that make our courses and services an extremely important aspect of the VET’s ongoing development!

Monica Hirun – CIV in RTO Compliance

My name is Sathira Monica Hirun. I am now studying Certificate IV in Vocational Education and Training Compliance (10609NAT) at AICP.
For nearly six months that I have studied at AICP, I am very impressed by the excellent support from the AICP team.  Especially, AICP team always make an effort to contact me either by phone or email to get my feedback and offered advice if I needed.

For the contents of the course, I think 10609NAT is a good and “ready to use” course as I have learned a lot through this course and I have used the knowledge and skills from the course to improve my work as a college project manager. Besides, all the assessment materials are up to date and appropriate which I believe that they have been created and improved by an expert team who has long experience in the Vocational education section.

Therefore, when the AICP team asked me to give some feedback about the college, I do not hesitate to do it as I believe that “ study at AICP is a good investment for everybody.”

Best Regards,

Sathira Monica Hirun

Susan Vercoe – Time Critical Training, Perth

Signing up for the 10609NAT Cert IV in Vocational Education and Training Compliance is one of the best decisions I have made to not just understand RTO compliance, but also how to organise myself to ensure compliance throughout our organisation is methodical and structured. It enables me to apply the skills I learn straight away to my day to day responsibilities and allows me to work out a system that meets our organisations requirements.

RTO Compliance can be a very daunting subject, but the Australian Institute of Compliance Professionals turned it into my favourite job role!  I would highly recommend this course to all Compliance Professionals.

Annie Gray - CIV in RTO Compliance

Since I have commenced this course I like it to gain extra skills.  I have gained an extra skill taking the compliance course and imply directly to the workplace and educate staff as well
In each unit since I have started the course, I have applied to the work right away such as conduct the staff training on government regulation changed on National Code 2018 and RTOs Standard 2015.
All staff should have educated this knowledge and understand the RTO as a whole so they can play their role correctly and efficiency. As compliance all staff need to take responsibility – there is not just one person to do it.

Leigh Willson - MinRes Training Institute

I decided to undertake the double diploma for compliance and my own currency.  As a new RTO owner (as opposed to a Training Organisation) it was of the utmost importance that I update, AND up-skill prior to the re-registration of my RTO in September this year.  ASQA is making changes all the time, and the need to stay abreast of industry and be the best we can be was one of our number one priorities.

Annie Gray - Pacific Training

Since starting the compliance qualification I’ve been able to apply the skills and knowledge that I’ve learned straight away, such as conducting staff training on the RTOs Standard 2015 and changes to the National Code 2018.

All RTO compliance staff should have this educated knowledge and understand RTO compliance as a whole so they can play their role correctly and effectively.

Chris Bradbury - Compliance Manager/Managing Director, WAATA

I have found the RTO Compliance Quals that I am undertaking with AICP really helpful in my role as compliance manager of my RTO. The team at AICP are easy to deal with and listen to me and how I interpret the requirements while guiding me in the right direction.  The course is extremely in-depth and help is always on hand.  I would recommend this course for anyone who wishes to enter the world of RTO Compliance however believe that it is more suited to those actually working in the field.

I fully support the need for a Diploma that is designed for Compliance in the RTO sector. With over twenty years of being involved with the VERT sector I can provide a number of examples where compliance professionals from other industries have struggle to grasp the complexities of the VERT sector and/or long term VET practitioners who have come from either training and assessing or administration have been very good at doing their job within the requirements but when promoted into compliance they struggle to learn and implement the relevant requirements.

Pauline Butler - PIEF

I’ve worked in the VET industry for over 20 years and applied for RPL, as part of my enrolment with AICP. ACIP’s assessor was extremely professional and made the RPL process painless.
