Delivered over 6 months, Foundations of RTO Operations takes course participants through the ins and outs of the VET sector, the National VET training system and the AQF. It explains how the VET sector is made up, who the main stakeholders are and how outcomes are arrived at. Participants are also introduced to the different administrative functions in an RTO, the development and delivery of Training Packages, Qualifications, Skill Sets and the various other elements relevant to RTO operations.
After completing the first non-accredited Foundations module in the course, course participants complete 3 of the units from CIV in RTO Compliance.
Foundations of RTO Compliance takes things up an extra notch with a second non-accredited Foundations module that focuses specifically on the Compliance operations of an RTO. After completing the two Foundation modules, participants will complete 3 of the units from *CIV in RTO Compliance.
These courses are a fantastic way for new entrants to the VET sector to learn the basics of the RTO world and prepare them for increased productivity in an entry-level RTO admin or compliance role.
